Known as the Summer Hunt Mounted Hunter--the famous 3D hunt course

will be set up again. Bring your bows and javelins--hunters can choose

what to use to kill the 'game.' EMIC is Agelos Evienece.

Rental Horses are available -deadline for reservations is June 15. Must contact THL Tara, who will explain the criteria and fees.

*Mounted Hunter Auction--This is Earnrokke's primary fundraiser and the person who 'owns' the winning rider will receive the grand prize! The winning rider will be designated as the Champion hunter and get to carry the Earnrokke hunting horn.

You must complete this Bidder Registration [TBD] form in order to bid in the Rider's Auction.

"Rider Auction'- You too can have a chance to win a prize and you don't even have to know how to ride! Now for the really fun part-- For the Rider Auction on Saturday, we have made up nifty large Bidder signs that even the shyest bidder will have no problem displaying. No longer do you have to shout out your bid and name, simply raise your Bidder sign and your bid will be noted! The Rider Auction will take place immediately following Opening Court on Saturday. Be sure to read about each rider and their horse in the Betting Man's Guide (BMG) before the Rider Auction---now you can actually down load the Betting Man's Guide free right now. In the past we have charged $2 for the BMG--but now it is yours free! The Betting Man's Guide is a list of the Mounted Hunters and their horses. It features a short & somewhat amusing comment about each Rider and their horse. This helps the spectators "know" the horses and riders, so the spectators can bid on a 'rider to buy' to run the Hunt Course. If their Rider wins, then both 'sponsor' and Rider will get Prizes!!!!

Riders, please complete your application for the Betting Man's Guide here inside the 2010 EQ Pre-REG form and submit it to Donwenna for compilation. Equestrian Pre-registration is mandatory. No exceptions. Paddock and horsetrailer space on site is at a premium. Email your 2010 EQ Pre-reg form to Donwenna to reserve space immediately. Only room for a finite number of horses on site. Other stalls available off-site for $25 per night.
