This year since we are having 2 kinds of Auctions, we have created a Bidder's Registration Form. This form is to help us correctly identify who bought what in the Silent Auction and who bought which Ride in the Rider Auction. Due to the fact we have a limited staff running the event this year, rather than trying to 'hunt 'down each bidder based on unidentifiable handwriting of unusual names, we came up with a Bidder form . In the past, bidders have been rather hard to identify afterwards. So, we finally realized that we should have a proper form for each Bidder with their information. Each bidder will complete the Bidder Form & will then be issued a unique Bidder Number.
As you can see the Bidder Form is mandatory in order for you to bid in the Silent Auction and the Rider Auction. Please print out your Bidder Registration Form now, bring it with you and then turn it in at Gate when you arrive on site. We will issue you a lovely Bidder sign with your unique Number so you can participate in the Auctions.
Silent Auction all day as shire fundraiser. Auction items are comprised of lovely Handmade items by shire artisans! Use your Bidder number for both the Silent Auction ---simply write down your Bidder number and your bid on the Silent Auction paper near the item you wish to acquire. Please download a copy of your mandatory Bidder Registration form.
